View 5 RepliesAfter the latest updates to Windows 10 on 1 September, my Logitech mouse has lost several of its functions (including the scroll function) in all applications. I downloaded the latest Setpoint and reinstalled it and then rebooted, but nothing has changed.
View 9 RepliesI have a problem for a long time with my 5.1 Logitech surround system. My center speaker is not working (physically yes). I have ASUS Maximus Hero VII motherboard. Plugged jack layout: orange: subwoofer/center channel, black: rear speakers, lime: front speakers. E.g.: while I'm watching a film, I can hear every effect clear, but I can't the dialogs, which is the center speaker's task i think. I'm using VLC the config is correct in the program.

View 1 RepliesNew HP notebook keyboard not working. Worked for a few days out the box.
View 1 RepliesSo I installed Windows 10 and my keyboard has been rendered useless. I chose to jump the queue as it were (rather than wait for the on-screen notification) - not sure if that's relevant. The keyboard is made my a Chinese company called E-Elements. It's a mechanical keyboard with RGB lighting URL...
The RGB lighting works perfectly fine (but then it would because it's just being powered via USB) - the problem is that none of the keys are working. The NUM LOCK and CAPS LOCK LED indicator also isn't working. I tried a different keyboard (non-mechanical) and that works fine, so thought the keyboard itself was the issue. I then plugged it into my PS4 and it works fine. I then booted my PC in BIOS and weirdly it also works fine in BIOS, so it's definitely an issue with the keyboard communicating with W10 or W10 communicating with the keyboard.
Another thing I should probably mention is that when I installed W10, I didn't do a clean install, I chose to keep my files and settings. I have since, however, reinstalled W10 as a clean install as I had backed everything up anyway - it still didn't work. Somebody suggested simply reverting back to W7, but I have now lost that option since I have reinstalled W10 a second time.
I have also checked Device Manager for any USB devices with an exclamation mark, and reinstalled several drivers. Weirdly, the device manager does actually recognise it as a keyboard.
I upgraded to windows 10 last night and while playing with everything today, I noticed my mouse is pretty "Off". I don't think I notice it while in windows, but when I load up a game like Counter-Strike, my mouse is CLEARLY not normal. It's very sluggish and very imprecise. how I can fix this?
I'm using a Logitech G600. I didn't use logitech's software before and had hope I won't have to now.
I have one key working only when held down long enough (when it starts to spray that letter). Not an hardware problem.
Estonian keyboard layout. English keyboard layout works fine. Finnish keyboard layout has different key not working.
On-screen keyboard has same problem.
Problem started just one day. Before was fine. I have tried some malware scans, registry fixes, safe mode, keyboard driver reinstall, other keyboard.
Where could this problem be located? Registry? Someone in internet thinks its malware. I dont think I installed something new previous to that problem.
I've been trying to find a work around for my Web Cam cant find a driver windows is saying this web cam not compatible with win 10. Not really wanting to have to buy new web cam
View 3 RepliesI have a Anitech P201RU keyboard and when I boot my PC the keyboard works fine until the login screen. I have tried turning on legacy in bios and turning it off and tried uninstalling the drivers. What I noticed is that when I go into device manager it shows a exclamation mark next to the usb composite device.
View 3 RepliesAfter upgrading my Dell Inspiron 15 3521 to windows 10, my number keys stopped working.
I have updated the touchpad and keyboard drivers but they are still not working.
I have a Logitech wireless keyboard that uses a USB device. After a update on the 10 of March my keyboard stopped working. I have tried another wireless USB keyboard Mircosoft and a a wired Microsoft keyboard without success.
I have followed a few of the suggested fixes after doing a search without success.
Recently installed my new A10-6800K CPU, worked perfectly. checked my system information to make sure everything was at the versions they needed to be, noticed that the MoBo (gigabyte f2a68hm-hd2) version was from 2014 so i updated it to the latest version but delayed when it asked me to restart. everything carried on as normal
got back from work, turned it on. bam,
"BOOTMGR is Missing
Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart"
I tried pressing them on wireless keyboard - it didnt work. tried it on my wired keyboard - didn't work.
I tried putting the windows installation disk in and restarting it - didnt work.
I think it was the MoBo update that did it...

View 1 RepliesMy PC was working fine until today. Now when I boot up the lights on my razor keyboard illuminate but when it gets past the bios the lights turn off.
When the login screen for w10 comes up I can't login because both the keyboard and mouse are not responding.
They work fine in the bios. I am using a custom built PC (a88x-gamer MOBO) and a corsair m65 mouse with a razer black window 2015 keyboard and running Windows 10.
Version SetPoint6.67.83_64 (64bit)
Now if they could fix smooth scrolling crashing in Chrome, that would be something.
After I installed Windows 10 from windows 7 I couldn't use my mouse and keyboard it works when I boot up BIOS Utility but when im on windows 10 it does not work. I tried switching usb ports and that didn't work either.

View 1 RepliesI've had a series of problems with Windows 10. Latest (last couple of weeks) Thunderbird and all browers have been gradually getting worse and worse. I decided to restore the system this morning but I get stopped every time by a screen where I am to select a keyboard to use. This is where both the mouse and keyboard don't work.

i am running a Samsung NP940XG3-K03US. I just upgraded to Windows 10 and my keyboard and touch pad are not working. I have tried windows update, intel update, samsung update tools and nothing has worked.
View 2 RepliesAfter installing asus AISuite 3 my mouse and keyboards stopped working, i can only use them in the BIOS.
I have restarted the PC many times and changed the usb ports but nothing worked.
On my main Windows 10 machine my mechanical keyboard has suddenly stopped working. The keyboard itself works perfectly fine on my other systems and laptops but seems to not work on my main one. The keyboard works on the bios screen and any other part of the start up except from the login screen which is when it seems to completely stop responding. Buttons such as caps lock and also the num-lock stop lighting up the LED's and no keys seem to work. The computer recognizes other keyboards, which is how I'm writing this post, but it seems that my expensive mechanical doesn't work on this specific machine.
The keyboard itself is one that only requires the HID Interface, so you just plug it in and it works and I've even tried uninstalling all keyboard drivers but this is still no dice. I'm not really quite sure what to do, seeing as the keyboard only seems to go wrong on this machine, and other keyboards work fine,
I registered today to seek for a solution to this annoying problem. I have the Logitech x350 Audio system, with 6 speakers and one sub-woofer and they worked pretty well on my former OS, Windows 8.1 x64.
Now I am currently using W10 and have used the same driver as before. However, analog output has become unchangeable, just like in this image.
I really want to use all of my speakers, as I was able to before. Only two of them work properly. I tried changing them from the Playback devices in my audio panel, but that doesn't work either.
After having installed windows 10 on my Asus laptop. Some of the keys are not working.
