I have a issue with windows 10 taking 30+ seconds to load up. It gets stuck on welcome screen and i never used to have this issue before. Here is my logs. It used to take 2-5 sec tops.

While I am composing an E-Mail in Win Live Mail 2012 in Win 10, It will go into the drafts folder before I have sent it.I have to open the draft folder to copy and paste it to the message folder. How do I prevent the E-Mail messages I am composing from going to the draft folder?
Every time I open the Live Mail, the Logon box comes asking for my password. It does not mark the Remember me and log on automatic. The problem started for about 14 days ago.
Updated to Win 10 from Win 7 in Oct 2015. I have had intermittent problems with Live Mail starting, ever since. I updated the version to 2012. It will work for a few days then it will not start. I try to repair and I will get a message that it cannot be repaired while running. I will shut the computer down, immediately repair then open and it will work for a few days. I have also restored to earlier dates, prior to the latest updates. Again, it will work for a few days. When it will not start I get the Ox80041161 error code. I decided to try the Windows 10 mail app but it will not accept my password. I will input my password and immediately a message comes up I need to update my password. When I attempt to update, I can see my original password has been changed.
I did the upgrade from Windows 7 Ultimate to Windows 10 Pro. Privacy concerns aside, I like Windows 10. I haven't had any problems with software and hardware compatibility. I use 27 different email accounts within WLM 2012, for a variety of reasons. Many of these email accounts have additional folders that I have added. The accounts consist of sbcglobal.net, live.com, msn.com, outlook.com and windowslive.com.
I'm using a Dell XPS-17 L702X laptop with two 500GB internal drives. I will place the WLM 2012 backup on my second internal drive, Drive D. I need to know exactly how to backup WLM to this second drive so that I don't lose any saved emails in the various accounts. I will then import everything from this backup to the clean installation of Windows 10. Is this possible, or will I have to install WLM 2012 on Windows 10 and then add and configure each email account?
I upgraded to Win 10 on Friday, and since, despite several resetting PC attempts, Win 10 will not load to the login screen. Instead, it is stuck on a loop flashing between the lock screen and a gray loading screen quickly back to the lock screen -- instead of loading to the login screen. This only happens when I attempt to restart or update my PC. If I go to the lock screen because I locked my PC or it fell asleep, I can unlock it. I have also attempted to reset my PC to the previous build, to no avail. I have no restore points.
I was instructed to use Selective Startup to get Quicken installed (didn't work), and now I can't get out!
This is a laptop that has been stuck with the Microsoft account login (cannot fix it as other options are grayed out). I cannot login with my Microsoft login (says password is wrong), but I can get in using just the Admin. acct., with same password.
Using Admin. acct., I cannot get out of Selective Startup, most items are grayed out, or if I can select options (Enable from Disabled), then I get an error that things cannot be changed.
I have suddenly started getting serious memory loss problems, with the Tablet PC showing warnings and closing down before I can achieve anything. The Page file is shown stuck at zero. I have not been able to change it in the configuration menu. I enter automatic or customised min / max but after a restart the Page file is still '0'.
How do I get the configuration tool working again?
I have been patiently waiting for a period of 1 hour looking at the screen of my laptop. At this present moment, Windows is stuck 'Scanning and Repairing Drive D: 9% Complete'.
I have now a couple of windows 10 laptops (using hdd rather than ssd) where the system shows progress to 12% and then waits forever, maybe 2 hours or so before completing.
What is happening, but with the limited info that Windows 10 shows it is hard to estimate how long it will take. At least with chkdsk before windows 8/10, one had something to go on.
reminds me of Vista and defrag where again Microsoft thought it was an improvement to show less information.
I am using Dell Latitude laptop with 8 GB RAM. i have upgraded to windows 10 from windows 7. Everything is working fine but one thing which is much annoying is, sometimes windows gets stuck at welcome screen. I have waited for 1-2 hrs, but it didn't started. It happens every time i reboot the machine.
OK, I recently 'upgraded' my windows 7 to windows 10. It was working fine since Christmas, then today it just freezes on the windows 10 splash screen, which as I'm sure you can guess is incredibly annoying.
I've had a problem where Windows was booting up fine sometimes, but other times it couldn't find the desktop settings, and I couldn't open any files (even though I could browse the hard drive) and there was no Start menu.
I've been trying various things to fix this, one of which was to set up a new user account. I followed instructions to open Powershell and I typed "net user TestUser password /add". It said it was successful.
Now I cannot even get into Windows. At the sign-in screen there are no users available at all (I just have the nice picture of blue window). I have tried shift-Restart to get to the troubleshooting options, but this doesn't work, it just restarts the PC and I get back to the same sign-in screen.
Ok, I have looked for the solution to this problem, but all my searches find a different issue. This has now happened to 2 HP Windows 10 laptops. My son has grabbed them, and hit something, so now, the desktop is gone. It only displays a list of apps, similar to the Windows 8.1 main screen. When you select a new program, either from the app view that it is stuck in, or hitting the widows button in the lower left, and opening a new program, I see the desktop for maybe a second before the app/program opens. When you close it, it goes right back to the app view. I have seen "fixes" everything from the Windows key+D to reset to factory settings. I have added a "show desktop" icon to the task bar, but when you hit it, the desktop shows for a second, then right back to the app view.
I have just upgraded from build 9926 to build 10041 and now I have s major problem with the login screen. It won't respond and no matter what I do with my mouse or keyboard it respond. The clock still changes however which us kinda strange. Here is a pic
get stuck on the windows Screen and i have tried to do the factory reset and got an error saying it failed. Just wondering if there is anything else i can try. Other things i have tried is unplugging his computer and holding the power down for 30 seconds then plugging it back in i have tried to do a system restore which didn't work.
I was resetting(wiping all my personal files) my windows 10 pc last night and it was stuck on 2% so i left it over night and in the morning it was the same so i decided to turn it off and on and when I turned it on it gave me the option to run windows 10 so i clicked it and my pc started turning on and then the starting screen comes up saying Lenovo and it just stays like that.

I upgraded to win 10 today from 7. After rebooting my screen now shows windows wallpaper (one of their scenic view wallpaper) as I had a custom picture and it displays the date and time in the left corner. See attached picture. I have no cursor and the keyboard doesn't work. The keyboard and mouse light up like their connected properly but they don't work. Ctrl Alt Del does not work.
I've plugged them into other USB ports but I get the same result. I've booted into bios and the mouse and the keyboard work there. I've rebooted dozens of times to the same result. I also downloading the media creation tool to a USB drive and tried booting from that and repairing the OS but no result...
i did a full reset last night with the clean driver option, it was staying ar 99 percent for awhile last night so i went to sleep. this morning i woke up to it just stuck at being a black screen.i tried rebooting but it just goes back to a black screen after showing the blue windows icon. what should i do
I upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 at the first opportunity on July 30 after registering with Microsoft. The upgrade appeared to progress smoothly and I was able to boot the computer to see the new desktop screen. However, very soon after this first boot, the computer asked me to restart to finish the upgrade. This I did and my computer has since been rendered unusable. Every time I boot, the computer gets stuck on the welcome screen. It displays the generic circular user icon, with my name written underneath and the word "Welcome" written underneath this. The animated "computer working" icon (the little dots which rotate again and again) is displayed next to this. However, it never goes away. I left the computer for 12 hours and nothing changed (the little dots kept on rotating all the while). The computer otherwise appears fine (ie. the multimedia buttons at the top of the keyboard work fine) but the OS cannot get past this screen, no matter what I do.
I have unplugged all USB devices. I have tried booting with the power cable in and out. I have gone into the Advanced tab of the setup menu and disabled (and re-enabled) things like Bluetooth and Wi-Fi top test if this makes a difference. Nothing does. As things currently stand, I am completely unable to use my computer and all my files are stranded. Several of them are desperately needed.
I have tried pressing F8 to boot the computer in safe mode, but this doesn't seem to work (it results in a back lit but otherwise black screen).
I rebooted to have updates installed and the percentages completed on both shutdown and boot up.
After the updates completed now when I turn my computer on it just stays on the blue background screen with the dots spinning around in a circle. I'm able to press Crrl Alt Del and get to the screen with ease of access, shutdown, and connect to the Internet, but can't go anywhere else.
Have tried restarting from that prompt as well and it still never gets to the login screen.
