What i want to do solve this crash. its not opening itself. when i open that app, buffering symbol will appear then its closed automatically. i don't know what to do
View 1 RepliesI have a L1520 and I can't seem to see how the phone companion app does anything but tell me what I can do with Win10 and my phone. I know I can manually drop songs via file explorer but not sync playlists and the songs on those playlists.

View 1 RepliesI have a weird issue. Youtube videos started buffering on my computer for no reason, I have 120/30 so it's not my internet, I've tried all the other computers on my network, all fine. It's defiantly not this computer because it's less than 5 months old and has been working for all that time.

I've tried everything, disabling hardware acceleration, enabling it, running different browsers, running chrome without any addons, etc. Nothing works.
Yesterday i had noramal updates and since then i cannot play utube videos just a black screen with continuous buffering no sound nothing.

View 3 RepliesI just got Windows 10 and it's giving me a whole bunch of problems that really annoyed me to the point where I want to go back to Windows 8.1. First thing is that my mouse keeps showing the busy/loading symbol right next to it constantly. It just appears and disappears in like a split second. Every time it does this it messes up my computer in some way like if I'm playing Minecraft and I'm holding the W key, it would cancel the action of the W key so I can't even move forward. I've checked all solutions and I have like no back ground applications running besides Steam, Skype, Origin and Norton. The other problem is the fact that I can't download Minecraft Windows 10 Edition Beta. I redeemed my code and everything and I can't play it.
View 8 RepliesThe loading symbol keeps flashing which is effecting what I can do on my computer. For example on Microsoft edge I will be typing and then it will suddenly select the text, so when I do my next letter it deletes everything I have done. It also effects things like drop down menu's or when I left click by going of it so I don't have time to select the option I want.
This does not seem to happen all the time but it currently is and has been since I turned my pc on.
It has only happened since I have downloaded windows 10. I do not have windows 8.1 on my computer as I deleted it so I cant really go back to download it again.
I've just upgrade to Windows 10 a few weeks ago and since then I cannot open the sotre app It gives "The Server Stumbled" error message, without any error code and then force closed The same cases also happened to Xbox app I've updated a few times via windows update but it seems the error still occur

What is this means and how to solve and remove this?
I recently upgraded to win 10. I found 2 which are related to when you close the lid of your laptop.
1. If you close the lid when the laptop is unlocked, and then open it up again after it has went to sleep, it will not lock the laptop but re show whatever you were doing.
2. If you close the lid when it is locked, it goes into a deep sleep. This sometimes causes me to press the power button so that it wakes up but then it reboots itself I think and shows the lock screen again.
In the last two weeks I have been experiencing something very strange with my Windows 10 Pro. When my laptop resumes from sleep the Wireless is turned off in Windows. I don't believe it was an update because I have defer updates enabled. Unfortunately, I just noticed System Restore was turned off.
1) I have checked the power settings in Device Manager and the device is NOT checked to use power management)
2) I have updated to the latest wireless driver available.
Edit: I believe this issue has something specifically to do with Sleep because when I reboot or shutdown/power-on the Wireless is enabled and working fine. It only seems to be when Windows goes into sleep mode.
at the bottom on the taskbar i saw 2 faint chrome pages that i had visited earlier and closed a long time ago. they were not functional to open and they could not be closed either. they were next to the bright active chrome icon that will open a new window.
what is the problem that faint, closed windows of chrome would be showing, and not be clickable or closeable? the problem seems new, because i don't think i saw this yesterday.
how to fix, i decided to 'reset' 10 and they disappeared.
I have a site that was pointed to shopify, and then closed the store. Now when I try to load the new site, it always directs to the closed shopify site. If I do a dns reset using ipconfig /flushdns it will work for a while, but then always reverts back. So I have to reset many times per day.

Just got laptop for Christmas and has always had this problem so might be a setting.
Have looked at Advanced -> Visual Settings but didn't see any that looked like would fix (tried setting Best Performance - which turned everything off but didn't fix)

View 1 RepliesSo I was excited to get Windows 10 today and try out Cortana. I do have a Lumia 1020 and I do use Cortana frequently. I wanted to see how fast she could sync between PC and phone. I asked Cortana to remind me to buy milk in five minutes. After five minutes she did remind me, but only on PC. I checked my phone and there were no new reminders. Maybe I need to log out of PC???

View 1 RepliesYesterday i installed the new windows 10 on my laptop.today i wanted to put some music from the win 10 pc onto my phone(android btw.)however, when i plug my phone in the pc i cant seem to find the directory to my phone.
it is visible in the device manager and i can also safe-eject it from the taskbar (bottom right corner), but i cant find a way to access the files on the phone.is there a special way to do this, or is it a driver problem? in the device manager it says the driver is up to date.
I installed technical preview and it really turned my lumia 520 to a useless thing. Outlook disappeared and I can't receve or send mails. I have to charge my phone 3-4 times a day as well.
My real problem is windows phone recovery tool does not recognize my phone. That's why I can not downgrade to windows phone 8.1. I have tried other computers, windows 7 and 8.1, other cables. Result is the same. My computer sees my phone but windows phone recovery tool does not.
