Where Is The Charms Bar

I have been quite accustomed to Charms Bar in Windows 8.1. I found that it was not available in new version of OS (Windows 10). So, is there any alternative for this or any workaround? I was looking for Settings menu for Store to check for app updates but since there is no Charms bar, so could not open the settings page for Store. Though, I tried to search for Setting menu on Store home page, but could not find it anywhere.
