View 1 RepliesI updated to the latest drivers for Intel AVStream Camera on my tablet / laptop. After the update, only the front camera works now.
View 1 RepliesThe Camera worked fine on my tablet which was earlier on Windows 8.1. But, after updating to Windows 10 Home, it gives me an error - Make sure your camera is connected and not being used by another app. I tried the following :-
1. Updated the app.
2. Turned Windows Firewall off.
3. Tried disabling and enabling the Camera - OV2680.
When I open the Camera app I get "Something went wrong" 0xa00f4273 error. ... and the application crashes after that
In Skype/Hangouts the camera is working BUT the frame rates per seconds are very low - around 5. So the picture is really laggy.
My driver is: USB2.0 VGA UVC WebCam. Device manager says the driver is up-to-date. In ASUS's website there aren't any webcam drivers.
When I select "Camera" I get a white box, with one word printed in the upper left hand corner,"Camera". This appears for two seconds and then I am back to my desktop picture.

View 1 RepliesI have Dell Studio 1558, when I upgraded windows from 7 to 10, bluetooth have stopped working. It disappeared from Device Manager and i cant install it back.
View 9 RepliesI just upgraded from Windows 7 home premium to windows 10. When the automatic backup that I had scheduled under windows 7 ran, I got an error. When I try to run backup manually, I get an error saying that I don't have enough space. My C drive is a 745 GB drive with only 128 used. My backup drive is one TB with 438 used and 656 free. I would think that would be enough space. It always worked under windows 7. What do I do?
View 3 RepliesAll I have upgraded to windows 10 from 8 on my laptop, but now my app store and apps will not work.
View 1 RepliesAfter upgraded to Windows 10. Google Chrome not working any more?
View 5 RepliesI have recently (read: yesterday) installed windows 10 home on my formerly windows 8 laptop, and have run into 2 major issues: i cannot get the start menu to come up, and I cannot use cortana/the search bar. I click on them, nothing happens. I hit the windows key on my keyboard, nothing. I tried to search for updates, but I don't know how without the start menu! I am becoming frustrated very quickly, as I have had to use command prompt (I suppose it works, but it is nonetheless irritating) to shut down or restart any time I have had to.
View 1 RepliesI downloaded pictures form my digital camera, or at least I was trying to do. Somehow I got form installing my camera driver, recognizing my camera to importing the pictures form my windows 7 migration to Windows 10 and all of my camera pictures. They went to "albums" I lost them for a little while but found them again through notifications in the action center. I closed the display and now I can't find them.
I want to accomplish two things. Find out where my pictures went, then get my pictures moved out of albums, and stored back on the computer where they belong!
Before installing Windows 10, when I plugged in my camera to my PC, I got a dialog box from which I downloaded my pics. Now, nothing appears on the task bar, nor do I get a dialog box. Am at loss what to do next.
View 3 RepliesWhen inserting camera disk to computer, Windows 10 will not open. Is there a special driver or update I need to make this work? It worked just fine on Windows 7.
View 8 RepliesI installed Windows 10 today on my Toshiba laptop Satellite P755, I now cannot get my camera to work.
View 1 RepliesIt doesn't matter whether I insert the chip or use the cables "just absolutely nothing happens and ther is now explanation given.

View 1 RepliesI am new to Windows 10...I have been trying to download pictures from my Olympus camera to my laptop but, with no avail, what to do?
View 5 RepliesHow do I put my pictures from Sony camera to Windows 10? It was so easy with Windows 8 as the camera sign came up on my File Explorer and I just copied them to My Pictures! So my pictures are now stuck on my camera!!!!!
View 8 RepliesMy brother upgraded to win 10 then had great problems with drivers which I am trying to sort out for him but at the moment he has rolled back to win 7. The only problem he has now is that he can't download pictures from his camera either by connecting via usb cable or putting the sd card in a slot on his laptop. We can view them but not copy, paste or download them to the computer. we have re-installed the programme that came with the camera which always worked fine with Win 7 before. All we are getting every time we try to transfer the images no matter what method we use is a pop up saying you do not have permission to do this action. he is logged in as an administrator. I have tried logging in as a user, logging as a different adminstrator but am now running out of options ....
View 10 RepliesI am trying very hard to learn '10'. So far, I really miss windows 7, but I will keep trying.. for awhile. Ok, so I loaded just one picture from my camera this morning, but when I go to my pictures folder it's not there.. How to get to it?
View 1 RepliesWhen I installed Windows 10 upgrade I was pretty happy about how it ran. However, when I had finished a day of photography I went to download the pictures onto my computer, but Win 10 couldn't recognise Jpeg's or an other graphic extension such as raw.
When I connected my camera to the computer Win 10 did recognize the camera, so it's not a hardware issue.
Since installing windows 10 I haven't been able to retrieve the photos.
View 2 RepliesI have windows 10 and a digital camera. I want to move pics from camera to computer memory
View 1 RepliesSo, I just finished installing the fall update on my desktop using the media creation tool. I am using a playstation 3 camera for skype and it does not show up when using the "skype video" app. It works in the main skype program with relatively basic controls for the camera, but there are no options in the new app that came with the fall update. I am using the CL-Eye-Driver-5.3.0.0341 for the camera.
I would much rather use the new app as it appears to be a lot lighter of a program than the desktop version of skype is.
It DOES recognize my camera as an external drive, and any thumb drive I plug in...however, it says there are NO FILES on those drives. I import pictures every day, and can no longer do this. Is my only option uninstalling Windows 10 and going back to 8.1?
