View 1 RepliesI am having this problem from the day I had windows 10 in my pc. I tried the methods that were given in the official Microsoft website, also tried to check the time and the region(if it were happen to be different), but nothing worked out.. I really want the windows store for my pc..
The error code that the store shows everytime is 0x80072EE7,
I keep getting this message on my Surface. It says that I must make my PC more secure to connect to this server. As a result (amongst other things) I can't get e-mail from my work. I don't get the message on my desktop pc with the same build. How to get my Surface to enforce the correct security policies?
View 5 RepliesEverytime when i go to the store, it showing me this:
I already installed windows 10 yesterday. I doesn't installed any apps on store before showing me this error.
I have just updated Windows 10 (final release), store always keeps crashing...

my store isn't connecting to server while my device is connected to my WiFi
View 3 RepliesI'd really like to see what the store has to offer but, I can't access it at all. It just gives me the "server stumbled" and the error code.
I also can't use my micorsoft account at all. Any pre-installed app that you can link an account to fails. I'm really at a loss.
I looked up some of the error codes and found plenty of companies willing to let you pay to "fix" the error.
I own Lumia's phone, laptop and tablet - all with Windows 10 PC/ Mobile. A lot of apps, that I used before, now are not available - when I open some of them in the Store, I receive the message "This app will not work on your device" on both my laptop and tablet. When I own the tablet before 1-2 weeks, most of the apps, under "My Library" were not available already for download/ install. Today, I mess up my laptop, and did a fresh install of Windows 10, and apps, that I used before this fresh install, now are not available for download/ install, too.
What is the reason for that? Obviously, the problem is not hardware. Is it possible to be connected with the licenses or something?

View 3 RepliesIt is really hard to write this as the title says green with green text, anyhow, I upgraded win 7 and my primary account on win 10 is fine, but this 2nd user account, IE11 comes up with a green background, the search bar is green lettering, in fact this area here where I am typing the message is green with green text. What is going on?
I have tried changing the colors from default, I have tried updating the graphics card and nothing seems to work. One lead I thought I had was that this 2nd account was encrypted, but in the settings it doesn't seem to be.
Three weeks after upgrading from Windows 7 to 10 from Microsoft a message saying "Windows 10 Home Build 10240" appeared in the right-hand corner of my desktop last night. As I like to have a completely clear desktop. no icons etc. this is a nuisance.
View 3 RepliesI'm not sure what all is affected by "Windows services" not connecting but since that happened, I am unable to access my Outlook email and a solitaire game won't open. I'm also trying to update Windows Defender but it won't finish updating. And, I have checked to see if an update is due and it just never stops looking for one. Little blue dots, little blue dots, little blue dots...
I have not downloaded anything from anywhere.
I never had any problems with Vista or 8.1. I'm almost ready to go back to 8.1.
Windows icon, search bar, Edge icon which are at bottom left in task bar, when clicked pops up a message saying CRITICAL ERROR, then causes my computer to restart. How do I fix this?
View 1 RepliesI am reasonably computer literate (started when Win 3.1 was the current OS) but new to Win 10 which I have just acquired pre installed on a new PC.
I use WLM and got it running well on two separate accounts on my PC. I then looked at Outlook to see if it was any better. On returning to WLM I got an error message as shown below. This now appears every time I open WLM on that account, on the other account there is no problem.
After logging on I get a popup message saying, "Failed to connect to a windows service. Windows couldn't connect to the Group Policy Client service. This problem prevents standard users from signing in"... How do I rectify this problem.
View 2 RepliesSo i did a BIOS Update on my Msi Mobo. I Have an Activate Windows Watermark on the bottom right corner. But it only just came up randomly after the pc being online and on desktop for 4-5 hours. But if i would to restart my pc my windows would be activated when i first start upp but if i stay online and keep pc online on desktop the activate windows will pop upp again. My key works if I am starting windows with it activated.
Updated 2-3 hour later. So i restart pc the minute i posted this and got into windows and the activate windows wasn't there. But after playing The Division for like 2-3 hours the windows activate came across my screen. And i look up error and theres nothing on google.

I have uninstalled KB3035583 which has removed the windows 10 script from my taskbar, however I am still getting a message that there is an important update when I boot up to the initial Windows 8.1 screen before my login. On checking what important updates are available, it is only the Windows 10, KB3035583 that it is obviously trying to get me to update again.
After 2 weeks of failure on updating to Windows 10, I have decided to stay with 8.1. I now want to remove the advice to install importantant updates, that pertain to Windows 10, but still showing those for my Windows 8.1 system. At this point, when getting this message, I don't know if it is still just for Windows 10, or if new updates are available for my 8.1?
Every time I switch on my PC, after about 5 minutes, I get this annoying notification (see picture) from my OS asking me to turn on the security center service; please, note that, on my PC, I am judge, jury and executioner, meaning I decide what stays on and off, at least I've always been so although now, with Windows 10, this has become somehow more difficult. So, yes, I have turned off the security center service because I don't need it and I don't want it! Furthermore.
Now. I've tried disabling every possible notification I could find under the notification menu and the security center one; I've Googled for a solution but I haven't found anything: apparently, everybody loves this service.
While I'm here, is it possible to obtain system privileges in Windows 10? I've tried the old trick with the cmd task but it doesn't work anymore: the cmd windows does open and with "system" as well but it's not interactive apparently.
I log out outlook account and use local account. But app store is still logged in. How to log out?
View 8 RepliesI'm using windows 10. When I'm using my user, the windows store app just doesnt open. The icon on the start menu is empty. It just says "store". When I click on it - nothing happens. When i search "store" and the icon pops up, I click it and once again nothing happens.
View 2 RepliesI recently installed windows 10 on my HP stream 7 and after some driver updates everything works fine except for the store: it's just not there. Some apps came pre-installed and run normally, but some are shortcuts to downloads form the Windows Store and, when clicked, give me the pop-up message "You'll need a new app to open ms-windows-store."
View 1 RepliesFor the last few days, I have been unable to get the Windows App Store, or any apps downloaded from the windows app store, to be able to open. It opens the initial window and then just closes and nothing occurs. This also occurs with the xbox app...
View 3 RepliesI have 2 machines running windows 10, and it seems like a lot of struggle of late. My latest problem as of this eve on my downstairs machine, is that Windows Search seems to be confined to just the store and web. Meaning, if I click on search and type in firewall, it will lead me to a couple options in the store and the rest of the options are up on the web. Same if I punch in notepad. It won't search locally for some reason.
View 2 RepliesIt seems that whenever the Windows Store became available I've always gotten Event ID's 69 similar to the one below. The app changes. It usually happens about 15 minutes I first cold boot my machine. Sometimes after installing a Store app.
Failed with 0x490 modifying AppModel Runtime status for package Microsoft.WindowsCalculator_10.1511.60020.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe for user DESKTOP-JJKSIHMgarys (current status = 0x0, desired status = 0x20).
It has occurred on Windows 8.x and Windows 10. On different machines too. Even with a clean install. It never seems to affect the application mentioned. I assume it's part of the Store updating procedure.
What exactly this error means? Seems to be another permissions problem which Windows has always had since 8.x.
My Windows store stopped working and I tried everything to make it work again until finally I decided to delete it via PowerShell with the command:
Get-AppxPackage *windowsstore* | Remove-AppxPackage
Now it's completely gone and I can't find a way to reinstall it. There is no available download online. I tried using Add-AppxPackage -register "C:Program FilesWindowsApps<PackageFullName>" -DisableDevelopmentMode command, but it seems that the files are completely wiped out.
If I am away from my computer for a few minutes, then come back, Windows Store or any other windows app, such as Photos, is open.
