View 2 RepliesHow do i transfer photos from my iPhone and IPad to my computer HP Envy with windows 10
View 1 RepliesMy photos from my iphone are being automatically uploaded to my start menu and appearing in the live tile that is available for my photo app in the start menu. I need to know how I can remove the photos and also how I can change my settings so that I can stop sharing my photos to my Win 10 PC. Is this something I need to do in icloud, itunes, or can I adjust the settings in the photo app itself?
View 2 RepliesBefore installing Windows 10, when I plugged in my camera to my PC, I got a dialog box from which I downloaded my pics. Now, nothing appears on the task bar, nor do I get a dialog box. Am at loss what to do next.
View 3 RepliesIt doesn't matter whether I insert the chip or use the cables "just absolutely nothing happens and ther is now explanation given.
View 1 RepliesWhy the folder where the photos are is what opens up when I plug in a usb camera and not the photo app. I have autoplay enabled and photo as my default photo viewer.
View 2 RepliesSince upgrading to Windows 10 I have been unable to download photos from my mobile (not a smartphone just a Nokia with keypad) and my Sony camera. I always use one of the USB slots on my PC or a dongle on my desk which is attached to the PC and I keep getting a message saying it doesn't recognise the source. I am completely at a loss as to what to do next.
View 4 RepliesI have so far been unable to view the photos currently stored on my camera in windows 10. This was extremely easy with XP
View 6 RepliesI just noticed something odd tonight when browsing through my photos in Windows 10 10240. Almost all the pictures from my camera roll are blurry / low res when viewing in the new photos app. I compared them side by side on my other PC right next to it running 8.1 pro and it is night and day. The same pictures appear crisp and clean in the traditional windows photo viewer. I know that i have two different monitors with different resolutions but i never noticed a problem before when i had 8.1 on the pc that now has windows 10.
I think this is a real problem with the app in windows 10 because a) when i zoom into those photos that are blurry they become clear when zoomed in enough and b) it is very noticeable, something that i never picked up before when i was on 8.1. Now when i view wallpapers or downloaded images from the internet they seem to be clear so it doesnt really make much sense why it is just my camera roll pictures from my Lumia 929.
I am using a Dell latitude E6400 that was on 7 and now on 10 and since uploading 10 I can not upload photos from me card reader or my camera a Cannon 400D to my pictures.
I use Flickr as a image hosting site and on there when I want to get the image code to post a photo on to a forum I can no longer get the code as when I select the photo and click the share tag as the dropdown comes up the image code bar slides off to the left not letting you click it to use it , will this be a windows problem or a Flickr problem ??
I am a bit of a Old luddite (69) and find this all very confusing and disappointing for what is supposed to be the most tested system they have ever launched ?
Windows 10 was installed
View 1 RepliesWhen trying to access photos, I can't after upgrading to windows 10. How do I access my pictures?
View 1 RepliesSince the W10 upgrade i cant save to any Photos, Document or sub folders of the like. I get the error in the photo. Its the same error I get from any sub folder as If its trying to save to a different user. I tried was under properties of each folder ticking the read only box at the bottom and that didnt work.
View 6 RepliesI updated to the latest drivers for Intel AVStream Camera on my tablet / laptop. After the update, only the front camera works now.
View 1 RepliesThe answer to this may simply be, "Wait for the Cortana iOS app" but I thought I'd ask.
Is there a way to get Cortana's reminders on the iPhone? When you create a reminder on Windows 10 does it get stored in a calendar that you could then sync to the iPhone? Or are Cortana's reminders tucked away in an inaccessible place?
How do I transfer iphone music that is in itunes to window pc itunes ? this include purchased and non-purchased from itunes.
View 2 RepliesUpgraded from a 64 bit Windows 7 Home computer to Windows 10 via a DSL connect @ 3 MBPS connection speed (fastest I can get at my house). Had to let it run overnight/part of next day to complete. I did not get any error messages during installation.
Working with the new install of Windows 10 (I do tech support for a software company that supports our product which requires a Windows O/S), I wanted to be up-to-snuff on the product and see all the bells and whistles and get used to it before our tech support department got inundated.
Problem is that when I hook up my iPhone 5S to the USB port, it no longer will start the iTunes program - if I start iTunes, it opens, but the phone is not recognized under devices. Everything was fine before I did the upgrade. I have also tried changing USB cables to connect, and encounter the same issue.
I also found that when going into the Games (Solitaire), I get a message that it cannot connect. It lets me in, but there are those messages.
Both of these work fine on my Windows 10 computers at work, Solitaire and connecting the iPhone to them. I wonder if my download of the update somehow hung on something and didn't complete properly, or if something got corrupted during the upgrade process. I have also followed all the FAQs that pertained to the iPhone on the iTunes site, none of which fixed the issue.
Is there a way that I could download the Windows 10 again, to a USB drive from work and then bring home and do a repair?
I've connected my iPhone 5 to my HP ZBook 15 on windows 10 via bluetooth but i cant stream music like i used to on win 7, even on windows 7 it worked in the beginning and then i reinstalled win 7 and installed drivers from cd (that came with pc) cause i had a virus, then when i reinstalled it won't work... a while after i installed windows 10 and here i am...i searched bluetooth on sys info and here's the result:

After a long struggle to import my pix from the camera to Win10 and finally succeeding, I've now another mystery
1. How to put the imported 10 or so photos into a folder? I did it with another bunch of imported photos and now I can't remember how I did it though I tried and tried..
2. How can I pick out the ones I want to send (and how to send them by email?) as I prefer not to delete the ones I won't send, to avoid later regrets. I don't even know how to delete any individual photos....
MS keeps everything a secret - no links to choose photos, or delete them, or send them, or change the order in which they are arranged, etc. I had come to learn photos in Win7 with "Photo Gallery" after a long time - now I'm condemned to the same torture on the new windows!
I have a problem with my iPhone 5s/iOS 9.2.1 in Windows 10 Pro x64 Build 10586.71, as shown in the pictures:
Although everything works OK, i.e.
-iTunes v.12.3.2.35 recognizes it, backs it up and syncs it
-I can see its content from Windows Explorer
-and in Device Manager has the latest drivers for both Apple iPhone & Apple Mobile Device USB Driver
The iPhone is shown in "Devices and Printers" under Unspecified Devices.
Previous Win 7 did recognise apple equipment so that I could download photos to the desktop but although I tunes syncs with my phone and pad, win 10 will not show them in explorer. How can I download pics without using the cloud?
View 1 RepliesI am running windows 10 and have the latest version of iTunes on my PC. Whenever i connect my iPhone 6 and sync however, the syncing process reaches step 3 (Preparing to copy items), a small window pops up saying "iTunes has stopped working" and under this it says "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."
View 1 RepliesEven if I mark an album, say, 'my documents' as a "documents" type folder in my onedrive online settings, these photos will still be included in my 'photos' tab stream. that and, any photo ever that's on my PC will show up- not just photos in my "my photos" folder on my PC. it's really annoying, i'm getting gamesave pictures, wallpapers, screenshots, and all kinds of random crap that aren't supposed to be part of my camera roll stream all over my one drive... why is it doing this?
View 1 RepliesWhen viewing photos stored on OneDrive in the Photos app for Windows 10, is it possible to save it to your PC? I can't seem to see an option to do so...
View 1 RepliesSo I upgraded my Surface Pro 3 to Windows 10 last night and so far quite impressed. However it looks like an issue has carried over from Windows 8.1 to 10.
I'm finding that the Photos app cannot see the photos stored on my SD card. I have directed the library to point to the SD card and it is the only location defined in the Library for Photos. This was a problem in 8.1 but as I never used the app I stopped worrying about trying to sort it. However I can see myself using the app in 10, so would like to figure out what is happening.
It's not a case of the app not showing duplicates because I temporarily disabled the option for it to show OneDrive photos and now nothing shows.
I downloaded pictures form my digital camera, or at least I was trying to do. Somehow I got form installing my camera driver, recognizing my camera to importing the pictures form my windows 7 migration to Windows 10 and all of my camera pictures. They went to "albums" I lost them for a little while but found them again through notifications in the action center. I closed the display and now I can't find them.
I want to accomplish two things. Find out where my pictures went, then get my pictures moved out of albums, and stored back on the computer where they belong!
