View 1 RepliesEver since I upgraded to Windows 10, I have been unable to send email attachments with Outlook. The steps for selecting the file to be attached are clear and I have followed them repeatedly, but no file is ever attached to my email. This is, as you can imagine, EXTREMELY frustrating.
View 1 RepliesI installed Windows 10 yesterday and now files will not attach to my emails via Outlook Web App. In one instance, the paperclip icon did nothing. In another instance, the paperclip icon took me to the usual browse window, but the attach button did nothing. I need this function all day long in my work. How can I fix this?
View 1 RepliesUpgraded both our Desktop & Laptop to Windows 10 in the past few months. Last week I tried to access some Outlook emails that were more than two years old, the attachments & emoticons do not appear. This is on both PC's & the same result using Edge, IE or Chrome.
I installed Windows Live Mail & now I can see all the attachments & emoticons. Forwarded some of the emails from Live Mail to myself & now in Outlook the attachments/emoticons all appear as well (all three browser Edge, IE & Chrome). So say for instance I have a 2 & 1/2 year old email in a Outlook folder that will not display attachments/emoticons but the very same email just forwarded from Live Mail to my Outlook inbox now displays all attachments & emoticons
Tried inspecting elements. See msgs regarding HTML, Java Script in Edge? Don't have either Java or Silverlight installed, guess the newer browsers are moving towards HTML.
I have recently received four emails with attachments that have failed to download. The attachment icon is in place but at the bottom the notice 'download filed' appears.
View 12 RepliesUsing Gmail with Windows10 mail client, attachments take very long time to download. Using gmail directly they download quickly. Appears problem is with Windows 10.
View 2 RepliesFor a while now I haven't been able to download any attachments in the mail app. Also my webmail now says, outlook (preview). So I'm not sure if that is a factor. Also the email is a hotmail.

View 2 Replies I bought a Dell inspiron I15RV laptop 2 years ago. It had windows 8, i upgraded to windows 8.1. The store was working fine. I was able to download apps and games. But unfortunately, few months ago my store stopped working. I tried almost everything but reset the computer. I did the wsreset.exe, sfc /scannow, restart the pc, etc but those didn't fix the issue. Even when I went to microsoft forums, the webpage does not load properly.
I thought upgrading to Windows 10 home might fix the issue. So I upgraded. But still, the issue is persisting and I'm unable to download apps and games from windows app store. And also the microsoft forum pages don't load properly. I am attaching some screenshots ..... One more thing, I have waited like 3 hours and it is still showing 0.0 mb downloaded in the app store.
I just signed up for the windows 10 insider program but it says that it's not done yet and I can't download it. Other people can download it.
View 4 RepliesWhy am I unable to download photo gallery from windows essentials to windows 10,tried several times but without success.
View 9 RepliesI am unable to download *.xap files from store as Microsoft has changed the store layout. Previously. Before the Launch of Windows-phone 10, it worked for me.
View 1 RepliesI'm having an issue where I'm unable to download/update any apps from the windows 10 store (on the Minix Z64 mini PC). I have tried everything which has been suggested in various other forums (including Microsoft's). The error code displayed is 0x803f7000
I have tried the following with no success:
- Checking date/time/region (all correct)
- Reset the windows store with WSRESET.EXE (multiple times)
- Ran the windows 10 store troubleshooter app
- Synced the internet time server
I have never had any problems printing attachments until today, which tells me it must be a system difference (I recently downloaded Windows 10 to my computer)
When I searched it advised to open the FILE TAB, under printer CLICK PRINT OPTIONS, in the print dialog box select PRINT ATTACHED FILES BOX...
I only know of one file tab and I cannot access it from my email.
Upgraded to windows 10. Now received emails show the paperclip but when I open/read the email there is no attachment.
View 3 RepliesThis issue started yesterday. Just downloaded W/10 3-4 weeks ago. When I open an email, say with an attachment or an Ad from a supplier, a box appears in red with letters and "code" type numbers/info saying session timed out
Did not have issue with 8.1 or previous W/7 Home Premium.
Today in emails, when opening up links to documents, the document pages come up empty, without any words but with the lines, boxes and formatting and logo at top of page. What is being blocked here and what have I accidentally clicked on to disallow these to come through? Do I go into settings and look for something specific? I am in the dark here. Just happened today, fine yesterday. Windows 10, Gmail used.
View 3 RepliesWhen I reply to an email, Mail keeps adding spurious PNG files to my messages. They definitely aren't there when I hit "send" or when they're in my outbox, but they are attached to the mail before the recipient gets it. Sometimes I see them in my "Sent" file, but not always; usually the recipient cannot open them and often I cannot do so either, but when I can open them they seem to show a graphic related to the business of the original sender of the mail that I am replying to (it doesn't happen if I start a new mail instead of replying to one)
View 3 RepliesAfter upgrading to Windows 10, I can't open Word and Excel attachments in Outlook now. Why? How to fix this?
View 1 RepliesDue to corrupt windows files my pc is unable to start. i am able to go into the bios, but after that it will freeze on the windows logo during start up. i have made a usb windows 10 installer and tried to start the pc up using that as my hard drive (went into bios and changed it to use that as my hard drive) but it still freezes on the same screen. I even unplugged my hdd and booted up but the same thing happens so I don't believe the problem is with my hd.
View 1 RepliesI've just upgraded to Windows 10 but can't send emails......they're all stuck in my outbox
View 1 RepliesI have a ziggo account for email. New emails are coming in, but since I updated Windows 10 outgoing emails are not being sent. I checked the name of the server for outgoing emails (smtp.ziggo.nl) and this was right. What else can be done to send my emails?
